A stable, steadily growing manufacturing company headquartered in the East Valley is seeking an experienced International Accounting Manager to oversee global accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support international entities. This role is ideal for a CPA with public company experience who thrives in a collaborative, process-driven environment.
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close for international subsidiaries.
Oversee consolidations, intercompany eliminations, and foreign currency translation.
Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and local statutory requirements.
Strengthen internal controls and support SOX compliance.
Partner with manufacturing, supply chain, tax, and FP&A teams.
Support global expansion, new entity setup, and integration.
Drive process improvements and support ERP enhancements.
Active CPA.
Public company experience required (SEC environment preferred).
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including international or multi-entity exposure.
Strong U.S. GAAP and consolidation experience.
Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
Experience leading or mentoring accounting staff.
Knowledge of SOX and internal control frameworks.
ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.).
Strong analytical and communication skills.
